The laminate tube side seamer machine, FlexSeamer can produce ABL and PBL tube sleeves with a diameter range of 19 – 40 mm. With a production speed of up to 250 cuts per minute, the FlexSeamer is ideal for large volume tube production in the health, oral care, and pharma sectors.

The perfect seaming process fulfils today’s highest standards to generate nicely seamed, printed bodies. Automatic splicing is standard on this machine.

With our Fast PBL system we achieve a high output together with the fulfilment of the highest quality standards. Latest intelligent technologies such as side seam control system, web-based data monitoring, smart print mark system, and more are available.

The FlexSeamer can effortlessly be integrated into an existing tube production or combined with a Focus Header/Capper. The combined Focus 80 Line stands for high performance.
