DURASLIT knife

The heart of our machine, the DURASLIT knife, remains unchanged - a symbol of reliability and efficiency. With the ability to effortlessly cut all types of closures and an impressive processing capacity of up to 100 million closures per knife, it remains an indispensable tool.

Seamless transition from tethered to non-tethered

The knife can still be changed or replaced in a record time of just three minutes. The ability to switch almost seamlessly between tethered and non-tethered closures keeps you flexible, minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity.

Block knife adjustment unit

Our proven block knife adjustment unit allows precise knife adjustment, especially in tethered applications, to ensure optimum cut quality.

Unobtrusive parting lines

Compared to injection-molded tamper-evident tapes, the parting line is barely visible before initial opening. Quickly adaptable closure performance, such as when using multiple different closure materials.

Synchronized cutting and high precision
